These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cizlot mobile application (the “App”), which is owned and operated by us. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose

Cizlot enables users in India to: Discover and search for salons and parlours, View available services, timings, and pricing, Book appointments directly through the app.

2. Account Registration

You must register with a valid mobile number to access booking features. OTP-based verification is required to authenticate your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete personal details including your name, gender, date of birth, and other required information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for any activity under your account.

3. Booking Responsibilities

All bookings made through the app must be genuine. Creating fake, spam, or multiple dummy bookings is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. You agree that each booking reflects your real intent to visit and avail services at the selected salon. If you are unable to attend an appointment, we encourage timely cancellation or rescheduling (if such features are available).

4. Third-Party Interaction

Cizlot acts only as a booking facilitator between users and salons/parlours. The delivery of services, pricing, quality, and availability are the sole responsibility of the respective salons. Any communication or transaction made outside of the app is at your own risk and is not governed by these Terms or Cizlot's policies.

5. AI Hairstyle Try-On Feature

Cizlot may provide an AI-based hairstyle preview feature that allows users to upload images or capture selfies using the device camera. Uploaded images are used solely to generate hairstyle preview results for the user. Images may be temporarily stored for processing and may be deleted automatically if the user does not save them. Users are responsible for uploading only images that they own or have permission to use. Cizlot does not claim ownership of user-uploaded images and does not use them for advertising or commercial resale.

6. Prohibited Usage

You agree NOT to: Misuse or tamper with the app functionality; Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive behavior; Reverse-engineer, duplicate, modify, or exploit the app’s source code or user interface; Violate any applicable local, state, or national laws while using the app.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, design, graphics, UI/UX elements, and content within the Cizlot app, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any part of the app without our prior written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, block, or permanently delete your account without notice if we find any misuse, breach of these Terms, or illegal activity. You may also delete your account by contacting our support team.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cizlot is not liable for any service-related issues including pricing, quality, delays, cancellations, or personal interactions between the user and the salon. We do not provide refunds or service guarantees, as all service execution is handled by third-party salons. Our responsibility is limited to facilitating bookings and providing platform access.

10. Updates to Terms

We may revise or update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you within the app or via email (if provided). Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
