Delete Your Cizlot User App Account

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from the Cizlot User App, please email us at [email protected] using your registered mobile number. You may also mention your email if it was provided during signup (optional).

We will delete the following data:

• Account information (name, phone number, email if any)
• Booking history and preferences
• Saved salons or favorites
• Login credentials

Account deletion will be completed within 30 days. Data that must be retained for legal or compliance reasons (e.g., audit logs or tax records) may be anonymized or securely retained in accordance with applicable law.
