These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cizlot Partner mobile application (the “App”), which is operated by us for salon, parlour, spa, and similar business owners in India (“you” or “your”). By registering or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The App is available exclusively for verified business owners offering salon, parlour, or similar personal care services in India. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the App. We reserve the right to verify your business credentials before or after onboarding.

2. Account Registration

You must register using a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity performed under your account. We use industry-standard security protocols, including encrypted password storage and token-based authentication.

3. Business Use Only

The App is intended solely for business management on the Cizlot platform. You agree not to use the App for personal purposes, reselling, or activities unrelated to your salon business. All business data you enter (services, pricing, images, slot timings, availability, etc.) may be publicly displayed to customers on the Cizlot User App.

4. Data Ownership and Usage

You retain ownership of the business information and content you upload. By submitting content to the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and promote that content through the Cizlot User App and relevant marketing channels (online or offline), if applicable. You agree not to upload any false, misleading, obscene, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove such content without notice.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. Provide misleading business information or misrepresent your identity. Share, replicate, or reverse-engineer any part of the App, including screenshots, app flow, UI/UX, logic, or branding. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other salon accounts or internal systems. Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the App. Abuse the OTP or notification systems. Violation of any of the above may result in suspension or termination of your account and potential legal consequences.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, logos, user interface, design elements, and software associated with Cizlot are our exclusive property or licensed to us. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action under applicable Indian laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete your account under the following conditions: You violate any of these Terms. You use the App for unlawful or deceptive purposes. You misuse Cizlot branding or disrupt platform integrity. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account deletion is irreversible and may lead to loss of business data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cizlot is a platform provider and is not responsible for your internal business decisions or customer interactions. We are not liable for service interruptions, internet connectivity issues, third-party service failures (e.g., Firebase OTPs), or data inaccuracies provided by you. You use the app at your own discretion and responsibility.

9. Updates and Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via the App or email (if provided). Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
