Welcome to Cizlot Partner ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal and business-related information when you use the Cizlot Partner mobile application (“App”). The app is intended exclusively for salon, parlour, spa, and similar business owners located in India.

When you register or use the Cizlot Partner app, we may collect the following types of information: Personal Information: Name, Mobile number, Email address. Business Information: Salon/Parlour name, Services offered, Slot timings, Description, Images, Address, GPS location, Operating hours. Login & Authentication Data: Encrypted credentials, Tokens. Technical Data: Only Firebase Messaging Token is collected. App Permissions: Camera, Storage, Location, and Call (with user consent).

2. How We Use Your Information

Create and manage your account. Display your profile to users on the Cizlot User App. Enable OTP login and authentication. Allow business management features. Send push notifications or SMS alerts. Enable in-app customer support calling. Improve app functionality.

3. Data Storage and Security

Encrypted passwords. Secure token-based session handling. Restricted access to personal data. Secure login protection.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your data. Your data is only shared: With trusted third-party service providers (e.g., Firebase). When legally required under Indian law. We never share your business details with other businesses.

5. Your Rights

Access/update account information. Request deletion of data or account. Withdraw consent at any time. Request full data disclosure. Deletion requests will be fulfilled in a timely manner, unless retention is required by law.

6. Data Retention

As long as your account is active. For legal or compliance needs. Deleted accounts will have data removed or anonymized.

The app is only for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
